Simply add the code provided with your Gift Card at Checkout to redeem either the full amount, or a partial amount of your Gift Card.
Login to view My Account then either click on the 'Store Credit' button, or click on the Loyalty Widget to open the pop-up and view your Loyalty Card code. Simply enter this code at Checkout as normal. You can also transfer the value of your Gift Card to your Loyalty Card at any time by clicking on the 'Add store Credit' link and entering the Gift Card code into the field provided to merge your balance.

No, unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for custom framing due to it being bespoke and made-to-order.
Yes, we'd be happy to exchange your order within 30 days of receiving the order, however please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return delivery.
In the unfortunate event that you have received your order with damage in transit, please contact us as soon as you receive your item in order to process a return, and we can either exchange your order, provide you with a credit note, or alternatively, offer a full refund.
