Where can I check my order status and track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will automatically update your order with the tracking number and URL to send you a delivery update email.

If you have registered an account with us, you can always visit the 'My Account' section, go to 'Orders', and select the relevant order number to view your order history, current order status, and track your order.

Are payments secure?

Rest assured all payments are protected through our third-party payment providers Shopify Payments (using Stripe), PayPal and Klarna. We do not save any sensitive payment details and all information is encrypted and transferred via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and further tokenised for peace of mind.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

Yes, simply select 'Bank Transfer' on the options at Checkout to complete the order, and we will email you an invoice along with payment instructions.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually ship all UK orders on a 24hr Express service, and all European or International orders on a 48hr Express service - See all available options at Checkout.

Please Note: Some 24hr services will need to be booked in before 1pm (GMT) for delivery the next day. International orders may be delayed in transit due to customs checks.

Do framed items take longer to process?

Yes, framed and bespoke framed orders will take longer to process as they will need to be hand-made before shipping - Please Contact Us for turn around times.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship around the world using a number of global carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS - Please see all available options at Checkout.

Please Note: International deliveries are subject to additional import duties depending on location, and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon arrival in the destination country.

Is delivery free in the UK?

Yes, delivery is FREE on all UK orders, excluding Framed products and oversized items.

I'd like to frame my artwork, do you offer framing?

We offer custom framing through our product page options - simply click on a product and select 'Add Frame' to open the framing options.

If you would like any specific Bespoke Framing options that aren't provided via the product page framing options, please Contact Us to speak with one of our framing consultants.

Can you print my artwork for me?

Yes, we offer a professional fine art publishing service for artists and photographers - see the 'Fine Art Printing' page for pricing and info.

Do you offer Retail & Commercial services?

Yes, we offer a free consultation service for Interior Designers, Visual Merchandisers, and Commercial Office, Retail or Events spaces looking to source original, top quality artwork - see the 'Retail & Commercial' page for more info.

Gift Cards & Loyalty

How can I purchase a Gift Card?

Simply visit the Gift Card page and select the amount you'd like to give, then customise the look of your Gift Card or add a personalised message to send directly to the recipient’s email - it's that simple!

How can I redeem my Gift Card?

Simply enter the Gift card code at Checkout to apply the discount to your order.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

Register an account and login to view 'My Account' then click on the 'Store Credit' button to check your available Gift Card or Loyalty Card balance. You can also check the balance at any time by visiting the Gift Card Balance page.

How can I use my Loyalty Card balance?

Login to view My Account then either click on the 'Store Credit' button, or click on the Loyalty Widget in the bottom left corner of the homepage to open the pop-up and view your Loyalty Card details. Simply enter your code at Checkout as normal. You can also transfer the value of your Gift Card to your Loyalty Card at any time by clicking on the 'Add store Credit' link and entering the Gift Card code into the field provided to merge your balance.

How can I receive extra store credit for Referrals?

Simply register for an Eight Editions account and login. Then click on the Loyalty Widget to view your Referral link and share with friends and family to earn more store credit when they buy through the website using the link provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you'd like to return your order, simply get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to process a return. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return delivery.

Can I get a refund on a framed item?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for custom framing due to it being bespoke and made-to-order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we'd be happy to exchange your order within 30 days of receiving the order, however please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return delivery.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the unfortunate event that you have received your order with damage in transit, please contact us as soon as you receive your item in order to process a return, and we can either exchange your order, provide you with a credit note, or alternatively, offer a full refund.
