Deliveries & Order Tracking

Where’s my order? / Tracking

To view up to date tracking information for you order, login to your account and click the ‘My Orders’ link.

You can then track your order via the provided Tracking Number and Tracking Link to the delivery company’s website. The information provided will vary according to the delivery company.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Prices vary according to country. You can estimate delivery costs within your Shopping Cart by entering your delivery country and clicking 'Estimate' or alternatively during Checkout, where a live-rate will be automatically calculated depending on the delivery option selected. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All artworks are sent via recorded delivery and come flat-packed in sturdy, custom designed eco-friendly packaging. All orders are sent via either TNT, DHL, DPD or UPS Express.

UK Deliveries: Free next working day delivery (sent via Express 24hr courier service).

EU/ European deliveries: Please allow between 2-3 working days for delivery.

Rest of the World: Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Please Note: the above delivery times are estimates and only apply to unframed artworks. Bespoke or framed products may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on requirements. Next working day delivery can only be guaranteed for UPS Standard orders booked before 1pm, or 3pm with all other services.

Returns

Can I return products I purchased on www.eighteditions.com?

Yes, you can return an item purchased via the website as long as you inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item? / Returns Policy

To make a return, you will need to contact sales@eighteditions.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we respond, you will then have another 14 days to arrange a return delivery to us, although unfortunately you will have to pay for the cost of returning your order. We will then refund you the cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or issue you a credit note.

If the order has been damaged during transit, you will have to inspect your item and inform us in writing (emailing sales@eighteditions.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then arrange for a collection from your delivery address and refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Product & Framing Questions

Can I order a Bespoke Frame?

Yes, we can create beautiful, unique custom wooden frames to your exact requirements, and each one can be either sprayed or stained and waxed to your desired colour and finish.

Metallic frames (either aluminium or brass) can have optional powder coating or chemical finishing to create either a gleaming shine, brushed, or frosted finish.

From acrylic frames and modern designs to ornate or decorative shapes, our technicians can produce any bespoke frame colour, style and size frame for your fine art.

Bespoke frames can be mounted either full-bleed (flush to the edge), floating, or with a window mount (using 100% pure cotton, archival, acid-free mount board).

We offer several glazing options - select from either a transparent Water White Glass (eliminating the green tint of regular float glass used by most framers), conservation grade Artglass AR 99 (a durable surface that blocks up to 99% of UV rays, and an anti-reflective coating that virtually eliminates reflections, providing amazing clarity) or a superior Optium Museum Acrylic® (a lightweight, anti-reflective, anti-static, shatterproof and abrasion resistant, clear coated UV filtering acrylic that provides even greater security than traditional glazing) - both are ultra-clear, anti-reflective and provide protection by filtering out harmful UV light that can damage and fade works over time.

Gift Cards

How can I redeem my Eight™ Gift Card?

You can redeem your Gift Card at any time by entering your Gift Card code within the Shopping Basket and clicking ‘Apply Gift Card’. The balance will automatically be deducted from your total.

Can I check the remaining balance on my Eight™ Gift Card?

Yes, you can check any remaining balance of your Gift Card at any time by going into the ‘My Gift Cards’ section of ‘My Account’.
